- We have a full functioning emergency support team of an emergency project officer and 10 volunteers to respond to this ever changing Corona virus crisis in London.

- We are based in Church Road of Brent council which is one of the hardest places in the UK for the first pandemic and has the highest death rate, has the highest job losses (Furloughing).

- The last 4 weeks have been the hardest in our staff and volunteers when all of sudden the pandemic is spreading so fast again within a community that is already struggling and the cold weather.

- We provide 168 emergency assistance of hot food, shopping and collection of medications to the extremely vulnerable members of the community who are not strong in or speak English as a second language. (Somali, Arabic and Amharic mostly).

Over 200 people have been provided advice, information, sign posting and emotional support on the issues of mental health, domestic violence, redundancy, homelessness, and loneliness in some cases.
